Access: There are several options to make your home accessible: Leave the door unlocked, use the garage keypad, or a key under the doormat for the day of service only.
Cities Serviced: Currently, we are providing residential cleaning services in Apex, Cary, Holly Springs, Morrisville, and W. Raleigh.
Damage or Loss: Should you experience any damage or loss, please notify the office within 24 hours of the service, at 919-348-5828.
Equipment and Supplies: Yes, we will bring our own equipment and safe, effective, non-toxic products.
Estimates: Please call 919-348-5828 for your residential cleaning estimate.
Gift Certificates: Gift certificates may be purchased by calling 919-348-5828 or e-mail klee@kimbeeco.com.
Hours of Operation: 8:30am – 4:30pm
Payment Options: We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. There is a $35 return check fee if a check is declined.

Two-hour window: The two-hour window for the Ready for Show service is to allow enough time for weather or traffic.
Satisfaction: Please check the work when complete. If you are not fully satisfied, please contact our office within 24 hours of the date and time of service, at 919-348-5828.
Service Cancellation: In order to maintain an efficient schedule, same day services are non-refundable. If you should need to cancel or reschedule your services, we require a 24-hour notice. If you contact us less than 24-hours prior to the scheduled start time, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. In the event we are unable to access your home, we reserve the right to charge the full amount.
